Through competing in Trans Britain 2012 you can also help the children in Kenya. Teach Africa has charity places which are available at £250, provided you can raise more than £750 that will be you cost of entry to the Trans Britain.

However, if you raise more that £1250 we will refund your £250 deposit.

Teach Africa will also provide you with support in terms of promotional material, including video of the school and children, setting up your site with Just Giving and any other support you require to make your fundraising a success. In addition for every contribution you receive via from a UK registered tax payer you will be able to claim the government gift aid of 28% which all counts to your total.

Before you consider this entry option please consider your ability to make the pledge as you will be liable to meet any shortfall.
